Cheer up!

Encouragment by Fans of FC Hansa Rostock after descent from DFL 1. Bundesliga Posted by Picasa

About my favorite soccer team and it's past season

The season in German soccer league DFL - Bundesliga is over. As most of the years before, the Champion is "FC Bayern München" (Bayern Munich) again....unfortunately, because it's really not my favorite team. But I think it's ok and the other teams didn't deserve it better to win the title because they were not strong enough this year.
About my favorite team "FC Hansa Rostock" so I must say, it lost the league this year. So it must play in 2nd league next year. What are the reasons? First of all, after finishing the season 2003/2004 goal getter Martin Max finished his active career and nobody could replace this position he was playing. Searching an equivalent alternative the management lost a lot of time, because first alternative Victor Agali (3 years ago he was already playing in Rostock) and his advisor were playing a dirty game in things of contract negotiations.
The 2nd alternative Marcus Allbäck couldn't deliver because: He's another character. Most of the time he appeared to be a foreign body. Nobody couldn't "activate" him. But it also looked like he wasn't really fit many times. Another reason was, management didn't let go Trainer Juri Schlünz as he wanted to go. He already realized, he can't reach the team anymore, but management didn't agree. So he had to bear a 0:6 defeat in game with Hamburger SV, ....he didn't deserve this. After this match he quit the job in hope another trainer would have more luck...his name Jörg Berger, an old hand in things of keeping the league....and it really seemed in first game, he could bring a victory in first match because Rostock was playing much better than before.
But he couldn't because the scoring of this match was 1:1...and fans had to wait 10 games to see the next victory and even first victory in home matches. In season break, Hansa could engage two well known players, their names Jari Litmanen (FIN) and Michael Hartmann (GER), but only with a contract for 1st league. Maybe, management had to engage these players much earlier, because the team was playing much better in 2nd half season...although they couldn't keep to stay in 1st league. Now, the management is trying to keep both players for season in 2nd league, because they are really important to plan re-ascent....
Let's wait and see if management will be successful.Otherwise it shows this management is disabled...another word for cack-handed. I'll tell you more next weeks.
